Here is an example of BMW Z4 split rims re-finished and installed onto this BMW e46 330i coupe. In the first image you can see the corroded outer rim LEFT and the pre-machined rim RIGHT. This is the first stage of renovation before the main work begins, however we wont tell you too much but let the finished pictures do the talking. In this case the customer supplied genuine Hartge centre caps for the personalised look.
The full process included splitting the rim shells, chemical stripping, diamond turned outers, new finishes applied and re-assemble using correct torque settings and seals.
