Cleaning your wheels regularly using the correct wheel cleaner is the best way to keep them looking like new, however we do have some recommendations on how to keep them at their best.

Dedicated wheel shampoos are specially formulated to remove brake dust and contaminants while also being safe enough for use without damaging the finish. Considering the price of a full wheel refurbishment, it makes sense to take good care of your wheels.

PCD stands for Pitch Circle Diameter and essentially is the measurement of how many wheel nuts or wheel bolts your vehicle has on each wheel and how far apart those nuts or bolts are placed in mm.

For example, a vehicle with a 5x120 PCD will take five wheel nuts or wheel bolts, with each spaced 120mm apart.

It’s vital to be sure that the PCD of your wheels matches that of your car to ensure a safe and correct fit.

The offset of an alloy wheel is the distance in mm between the centre of the wheel barrel to the mounting face that attaches the wheel to your vehicle. Offset is usually represented as an ET number, with the number noting how many mm is between the centre of the wheel and the mounting face.

Offset is one of the most important measurements you’ll need to know in order to be sure whether a wheel will fit onto your car or not.

You can rest assured that we will provide the best fitments possible on all alloy wheelsets we supply. We also work directly with tyre manufacturers and in some cases tyres manufacturers, bringing you the most recent tyres and most up to date fitment information. 

We accept the following methods of payment. BACS, Credit Card, Debit Card, Cash, and finance options are also available.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds for non-customised items:

Cancellations can be made for all orders that have not yet entered the shipping process. You will receive notification of this by email and once your item has been dispatched you can no longer cancel your order.

At Prestige Wheel Centre Ltd we want you to have a positive experience every time you shop with us. Occasionally though we know you may want to return items & we do offer returns for most purchases. Please note you must return each item within 14 days of receipt of delivery & in the same condition in which you've received it. This means items must be returned unused and undamaged.

Subject to inspection of returned items, a refund will be issued and within 14 days via the original method of payment. Shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Items returned after 14 days of receipt of delivery will not be eligible for a full refund but may qualify for an exchange.

Special order and imported wheels. 

If you have a special order item or wheels that have been imported for your vehicle and wish to cancel, Prestige Wheel Centre will refund minus return shipping costs to the country of origin, and a restocking fee of 15% off the original purchase price. Custom-made to order goods or any product that is a bespoke or has any bespoke or custom feature are non-returnable or refundable in any circumstances. Custom-ordered wheels will need to have balances cleared within 30 days after arrival at Prestige Wheel Centre to avoid disposal to recover funds lost on goods of this nature. 

Yes, we do offer a fitting service in-house, and in most circumstances with an appointment. If your not local don't worry! We offer worldwide shipping on all products. 

For all wheels that are custom manufactured to order, we are able to offer nearly all wheel width and offset combinations. Please ask a member of staff if you need advice on this on 0121 377 8866. 

Our site is designed to show most vehicle applications however, with new vehicles launched so often it can be hard to keep up. If your vehicle is not listed then please call us on 0121 377 8866. We will most likely have a solution for you. 

Yes, we sell all tyre sizes manufactured, and have great availability on larger sizes over 20". All tyres available can be seen HERE.  If you don't see the sizes you are looking for please contact us on 0121 377 8866 and we will be happy to help. 

Since every wheel repair job is different to the wheel before, we have put together a 'Price Guide" which will help give you an approximate cost of refurbishing your alloy wheels. You can see this information HERE

This will depend on a few factors. Our average turnaround time will be 2-5 working days, however, there are some speciality finishes that may require unique processes and lead times may vary if this applies to your wheels. 

Yes, we do offer full refurbishment for polished wheels and also diamond-cut wheels. Please see our price guide HERE.

Yes, for most vehicles we do have spare wheels you can use while your wheels are being refurbished. Please contact us on 0121 377 8866 to find out more information. 

For all painted/powder coated finishes we offer a 12-month conditional warranty. 

For all diamond cut and polished finishes, we offer a 6-month warranty due to the nature and care of these alloy wheel finish types.
